This had to be one of those serendipity photo sessions that just worked out perfectly for a reason. It was last minute when this family contacted me wanting a springtime session, I happened to have a reschedule that week so… viola… it was a win-win for all!
My goodness was this a cute little guy! He definitely has a lot going on behind those big brown eyes, I know already that he is going to go on to do big things one day. His proud parents are equally adorable and so proud of their baby boy! Little F really studied the world around him, every blade of grass, every flower, just soaking it all in. And then once he was wrapped up in his mom and dad’s arms, he was all giggles.
Thank you for having me photograph you, F family and baby F!
This was such a great photo session! During their pre consultation, Momma told me that she would be making their clothing out of Heather Bailey fabric. I happen to be a huge HB fan and in fact just had some drapes made for my studio out of her Mockingbird print. So I was excited about this from the get-go. Our first session date was rained out and I think we were all bummed. However, a few days later, we were able to take it outside in the beautiful blooming Peach orchards to have a wonderful photo shoot. This family is full of joy, love and exuberance. Little M was easy to win over when I found a four leaf clover for him (those that know me can attest that finding four leaf clovers on command is my gift). Baby E ate ice cream for the first time. At first she wasn’t quite sure what to think, but quickly gave in to the delicious creamy sweetness and wondered what she’d been missing this big year of her life. With spoons and bowls of ice cream among the blooms, we smiled, laughed a lot, and left with a sugar high.
Thank you SO much S family! I’m so happy to have been able to work with you on this BEAUTIFUL day!!! XOXO
